WHEW
We women at WHEW are Cousines and descendants from the fur trade era and each are Metis with tribal ways in our hearts. Created by cousine, Tia NightEagle, through the realization that it is other women walking their paths in beauty and respect and who care enough to be outspoken with the truths as they know them that raises us each to higher states of being through shared wisdoms.
We each have but one story to tell and it is by that one life's story we each learned that we cannot change it with denial and glamour and gain any good from it. It is through acceptance and working with our pasts that we become a solid and strong race of women again. This page is for women who can visualize our hands being held out to one another and our hearts embracing as we walk together on our journeys one moment at a time.
